The scenery, being exceptionally close to the helicopter pad watching the helicopters land and fly off. Close to the Riverside, the restaurant and food was good. the jacuzzi and steam. The room was nice and big. The hotel overall is very attractive inside, nicely decorated and clean. I like the fact they had a excerise bike in the lounge area close to my room which I didn't actually get to use. I did use the gym.

The room was lovely, and the hotel itself really nice. Fantastic location and made it nice and easy for long walks along the Thames. Staff were friendly on arrival and during the stay. The gym and spa facilities were easily accessible and nice to use during the stay.

Thank you SARA and SAM for your great attitudes and helpful advice; arrival made smooth by easy access to parking. Getting a taxi was also made smooth and efficient and Sara was able to confirm the price so I didn't feel as though I was being "conned" when I got in the taxi - that's great protection for a guest! Very nice, comfortable room which was immaculately clean and had a superb modern bathroom. Lovely jacuzzi and spa area - very private and again, immaculately clean with clean fresh towels. Had a great stay. Thank you and see you again - truly value for money! Oh and not forget the restaurant area which overlooks the Thames - breakfast was perfect and again, staff were superb!

Due to illness we had to change our travel date to early May - Although this was a non changeable prepaid booking the hotel reception was very kind and let us make a date change without extra charges. That was a kind and generous offer -Thank you We visited bar/restaurant for drinks and breakfast -- the barman prepared some excellent Cocktails and the full English breakfast was very good - we were given the choice be the waiter to have our eggs prepared to our individual choice which was a nice touch The underground parking facilities are very good and the charge is reasonable for central London

We were very pleased with the hotel and our room. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The location on the river was lovely.

Our room was much bigger than we thought and we enjoyed our time so much that instead of staying for one night, we stayed for three. The spa was quiet so we managed to take advantage of it not being overcrowded. The breakfast was included the option to have additional items such as pancakes and waffles which was a nice touch and we loved enjoying our meals overlooking The Thames and views of Battersea and we watched a few helicopters take off and land which was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we look forward to staying there again.
